摘要(Abstract)：
因特网不仅对当今现实社会产生深刻的影响,而且也对传统的法学理论和法律规则带来前所未有的挑战。如何解决网络社会所产生和引发的各种复杂的法律问题,具有十分重要的理论价值与实践意义。因此,本刊特委托教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地武汉大学国际法研究所郭玉军教授主持网络社会与国际法律问题的专题讨论。本专题编发的几篇论文主要涉及电子交易中的电子错误及其责任承担、电子提单的流通性、网上个人资料保护、WTO体制下电子商务的规制、网络版权的国际统一实体法保护等新颖而又重要的问题,以期为我国有关立法与实践提供有益的参考。
